He and his team went above and beyond to help arrange restoration services and provide information to our home insurance company. The team put in overtime hours to ensure our home and water were back up and running in as little time as possible—which meant a lot given we have young children. Our leak was urgent. I discovered it when I got home from work. Water was coming out at the rate of an open faucet, and we did not know how to stop it. The plumber from Rooter-Man Plumbing knew exactly how to fix it. He had to run to Lowe's for a part but returned quickly and repaired the leak immediately. From what I can see, he did a great job. After calling several companies, even plumbers we have used before, and being turned away until next week, Rooter-Man Plumbing accepted the job immediately! As expected, the work was not cheap, but under the circumstances, after hours and urgent service, we expected as much. There is no telling how much damage we would have if the leak were not taken care of quickly. The dispatcher and the plumber were very professional and courteous. They even kept us posted on their way about traffic delays. I would recommend Rooter-Man Plumbing for sure! Especially after hours in an emergency!
