Had to replace a hot water heater and there was no mess or fuss involved. Came out to offer an estimate for free on the first visit! We booked for a day or two later—came on out at our scheduled appointment time. They hauled the old one away, brought us up to current code/standards, and got us back up operating/running in just a few short hours!
