Two young gentlemen helped retrieve my bundle of keys from an unused but open gutter drain where I had unbelievably dropped them. I could not see or feel the keys myself and probably made the situation worse attempting to retrieve them with a flexible extension arm with a magnet. They used a snake with a camera and located the keys and got them for me. All of this on a Friday night! They then covered the unused drain so that it won’t happen again! Tyler and Terry arrived about 1:30 p.m. and they were very kind and respectful while they were here. They had been working in the mud on their previous job. They used cloth booties on their shoes, but they did leave a small amount of mud while working on the kitchen sink. They worked as a team and cleared the blockage after about 30-45 minutes.
