From start to finish - Rooter-Man was top-notch. EVERYONE (Adam, Lance, and Seth) were professional, timely, and helpful. We NEVER once felt “bullied” into unnecessary services. Instead, Lance analyzed the issue (unfortunately in our case it was deterioration of galvanized pipes.) He gave us a few solutions (in different price points) and was very upfront about what each would do. He even insisted that one of the “cheaper” options was not a band-aid, and would resolve the issue. They came back out the very next morning, and the ONLY way I could initially tell that they had even been back was the “leak buckets” under the kitchen sink were now in the sink. It’s a big deal when a company treats your home with such care and respect - and Rooter-Man did just that.
A final kudos: I was not home when they finished up, but I wanted to pay with a check (there’s a 4% charge to use debit or credit - not their fault - sadly the norm these days) and Adam arranged for Seth to come back and pick up the check! I offered to mail it or take it to their “brick and mortar” but he insisted that they would gladly come get it! Seth was then very communicative and friendly with his ETA and then collection of the check. He also reiterated that I could reach back out to him directly should any other plumbing issues arise. Adam did the same! “Dealing” with these guys was a breath of fresh air after an absolute nightmare experience with an electrical company earlier this year. I’m so grateful to how Rooter-Man truly puts the customer first!
